Middleton's Auto Care

Braxton and his team of mechanics have, once again, provided service above and beyond at reasonable rates. I inherited an old car without a clear history of maintenance. In hours, the Middleton team checked all systems, made reasonable suggestions and completed the work. Don't let the old style look of the garage fool you. They have all the dagnostic tools plus skills necessary. Braxton is always in communication and pricing fairly. My old car is running like new! Highly recommend.

My vehicle suffered a bad suspension mishap. I was able to drop my car at the shop after hours without having to call them. Used the Dropbox to leave my key and an explanation why I was dropping my vehicle off. Received a call the next morning after they took a look at it and they sent me a detailed report of the issue. I was able to approve the cost to fix my vehicle and was able to pay from my phone. They were also able to have my car ready before the shop closed for the day. Excellent service and excellent work. Would recommend to anyone needed work, big or small.

Had a work truck go down called the shop. They were able to direct me to a tow truck company. They got my truck towed to their shop within one day. They had it up and running. The price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and how quickly they got my work truck back on the road. Thanks again!!

Look, I dunno how many reviews I have provided for Middleton's, but every single time, the service is excellent. Prices are reasonable and their only motive is to do a great job. Donovan and crew saved me a world of hurt when checking out a truck I was thinking of purchasing and also let me know when it was time for a new vehicle when I was pouring cash into a car that needed to be put out to pasture. If this review inspires you to utilize Middleton's Auto Repair, I encourage you to treat them with the professionalism and respect they will show you. Shout out to Braxton working the front desk. Nothing but good vibes for and from Middleton's.

I had originally called another place because their google review was great, but their phone etiquette was pitiful, they seemed disinterested in my concerns and didn’t follow up about my scheduled appointment. Thankfully I took the advice of a friend and also booked an appt with Middleton’s!! I received confirmation of my appt and a reminder message. When I arrived Braxton welcomed me with a smile and outstanding customer service! He called me after their inspection to let me know what was wrong, what each thing would cost and did not try to upsell me at all! I agreed to part of the work and to return soon for the rest of it. No problem whatsoever! My car was ready a couple hours later and rides so much better! They’ve gained a customer for life!
